SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are as follows :
For Uk Mainland deliveries we charge £2.50 postage for orders up to £39.99 and £6.00 for orders above £40.00
For orders made in Europe postage on all orders is £15.00 and for orders made in the rest of the world postage is £30.00
For orders up to £39.99 (UKRRP) goods will be delivered, worldwide, at the standard rate for second class post. For orders £40.00 and over in value we will use a tracked service. . If you require delivery to an address other than the registered cardholders address please supply the shipping details when you place your order. Orders will be processed within 48 hours during working hours or the next working day following weekends and public holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If within 30 days of purchase you are not satisfied with your Holdon® Clips, for whatever reason, a full refund (of the price paid, excluding postage) will be given on the return of the goods; A full refund (including postage) will be offered, without time-limit, for faulty (by reason of manufacture but not design) Holdon® Clips subject to the Holdon® Clips not having been subjected to excessive force or other operation beyond their design and/or manufactuing capability. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have any complaints concerning the product or our service please contact us promptly in order that we can swiftly and fairly deal with the matter. We aim to deal with all such matters within 2 working days.
